Our Story – Lillie & Company

What started as an online shopping problem and a dream has now turned into a darling children’s store in the heart of historic downtown Thomasville, Georgia. Jill Carraway and her daughter Evan opened Lillie & Company in the fall of 2021, naming the store after Evan’s three-year-old daughter, Lillie.

Jill and Evan are no stranger to retail; they co-own Caroline Hill, a wholesale company specializing in jewelry, handbags and clothing that just celebrated its 10th birthday. A shift in shopping habits happened after the arrival of baby Lillie, and during the idle hours of the pandemic, “what if” ideas began bouncing between mother and daughter.

Jill is quick to share she can’t resist the sweetness in children’s clothes, and as her doorstep began filling with packages from afar, she realized she wanted to put her spending dollars back into her own community. Lillie & Company hopes to bring happiness to your shopping experience and carries clothes, toys and accessories for newborns up to 6T. And though Lillie can’t fit into a footie anymore, the team at Lillie & Co can’t wait to find the perfect one just for you!
