RETAIL LOCATION

We are located in beautiful downtown Thomasville, Georgia at 103 North Broad Street.

We will accept online returns within 3 days of the date you receive your order. This will follow the same return procedures as our in store return policy.

Absolutely! We would love to help you create your dream registry in
store as well as online. All new moms that register in store will also
have a custom link and section on our website for out of town shower
guests.

SHIPPING AND ORDERS

All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days via the shipping method selected at checkout. If your order includes a PRE-ORDER item, your ENTIRE order will not be shipped until the PRE-ORDER item arrives and is ready for shipment. If you would like to receive your in stock items right away, please place a separate order for your PRE-ORDER item, or contact our fulfillment team to ship the items separately if they are on the same order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. On occasion, we will be able to make changes if your order has not been shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be edited or cancelled. If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel, we will be happy to help you set up a return.

Split your payment into 4 interest free payments paid every 2 weeks through AfterPay. You must have an account with AfterPay to use this payment method, and your order must total $99 or more.  This does not delay shipment in any way, and your items will ship as soon as possible.

The Beaufort Bonnet Company inventory will be shown online, but not available for online purchases. To purchase, please call or email us directly. (229.236.1166 / info@lillieandco.com).
You can also send us a direct message on social media or request a quote online. Once you have done this, we will send you an invoice for the item(s). The item(s) will not be reserved until the invoice has been paid. Please pay as soon as possible to ensure you receive the item(s) and size(s) you want.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns for most new, unopened items with their original tag within 10 days of delivery date for store credit only. Please see our full return policy for items eligible for return.

Please confirm that your item is eligible for a return and that it is within 10 days of the delivery date. Please complete the return form and include it with your return. You are responsible for return postage. Please ship back via the most economical method to the address below.

It usually takes 5-7 business days for us to receive your return. Once we receive your package, we will email you a store credit within 2 business days.

We are happy to help with an exchange if the item needed is in stock. Please send an email to our fulfillment team at info@lillieandco.com and include your name, order number, items you wish to exchange, reason for exchange, and the item you would like to exchange for. SALE items are not eligible for exchange and are FINAL SALE. We will provide you
with instructions on how to exchange via email. The customer is responsible for return postage and the return must be postmarked within 10 days of the original delivery date.
